A primary aim of Poiema Visual Arts is to bring artists together in community. That’s why we take time twice a year to hold fellowship events specifically for our membership and their families. The first is our Members’ After Christmas Party. This event will take place at Poiema Visual Arts’ Studio at East Petersburg Mennonite Church on January 17th. We will take time to establish relationships over a meal, through a time of creativity, and laughing together as we play a few games. We can’t wait to celebrate as a community of creatives! Members are invited to add to our time of celebration by contributing a sweet or savory food favorite to our shared feast.

A special element of this year’s event will be an ornament/ small artwork exchange between members. Mail or drop off your mini art prior to the event to help decorate our studio Christmas tree throughout the holidays & assist us in preparing in advance for the exchange. Thanks!
