A committed core of Christ-followers, our leadership team is composed of a twelve-person board of directors and an engaged administration team. Special care has been taken to include the voices of working artists, pastors, academics, and those of varied life skills and experiences. Embracing their diversity, this group provides unified support for artists seeking to grow personally and professionally while grounded by their identities in Christ.
